Hello World!

Get to know me, friends. My name is Alice Bolou. I am a register nurse who has been in the field for 4 years now….whew! Time really flies. This is why I decided to do all that I like so time does not go by me. So why did I decide to start a blog? Well, as I mentioned above, I am a nurse who is passionate about helping others take control of their health. So why write? One can ask themselves that. I agree because clearly, a nurse is more useful in a hospital or clinic providing direct care to the patients. However, there are other areas where a nurse’s skills can benefit more people as we all will need the services of a nurse in our lifetime. And in today’s world connected to the internet, a nurses knowledge is needed more than ever. Often times, I have found myself in comment section on YouTube and other social media plateformes sharing my knowledge on health topics.
